Shipping + Returns


How much is shipping?  Items ship at variable rates, depending on the item(s) size and weight.
Where do you ship? We ship every where! Because we are a small, independent business we ask that you pay the entirety of the shipping fees.
How do you ship? Most of our packages ship via USPS. We may ship via UPS upon request or if the prices are in your favor.
How do you pack? We pay attention to detail when you buy fragile items. In order to keep them safe we reuse packing peanuts and bubble wrap from our vendors. Depending on the weight and size of the item, we may use USPS flat rate boxes or repurpose boxes from vendors.
How soon will I get my order? Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. As a general rule of thumb, you should expect to see your package in 5-10 business days. You are welcome to give us a call if you have any concerns and we will look into the tracking status. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
If an item is out of stock you will be notified and together we can decide on the next steps.
Our Bend Barrel Signs are drop shipped to your home from our vendor. In this case, it may take 2-3 weeks to arrive at your door.
Is local pickup available? Yes! Just choose this option at checkout.
Can’t make it to Bend anytime soon? We can hold items for pick up. Please call us and give us an estimated pickup timeframe.

Returns + Exchanges

Sale items are final sale.

Regular merchandise can be easily returned or exchanged for store credit.

To return/exchange regular merchandise:

  • Call or email for return authorization within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Unfortunately, we cannot honor returns without pre-authorization.

  • Authorized returns must be received at our Bend, OR retail shop within 14 days of return authorization and shipped back to us in the original packing, in undamaged/unused condition. You are responsible for return shipping fees. 

  • For undamaged/ unaltered returns, you will be receive a store credit for the price of merchandise. Shipping is not refundable. Items that are damaged by your return shipper are not eligible for refund.

  • For exchanges, simply follow the return instructions above, telling us what items you would like instead, or if you would like us to hold a store credit for future use.

  • If you would to use your store credit online, let us know, we will create a code for you. This code will expire after one year.


Order Cancellations

Due to the high cost of online credit card transactions and the fact that many of our items are made to order, we are unable to accept order cancellations once an order has shipped or is in production. Please ask all questions before placing your order.
