4x4 Magnificat

Magnificat captures a cat resting atop a church organ, distilled by artist Edie Harper into striking black-and-white geometry. The bold contrast between deep black field and pale shapes creates visual tension while simplified forms invite closer inspection.

Each tile is handcrafted in Ann Arbor, Michigan using Motawi's traditional Cuenca technique—a time-honored method that brings depth and character to every piece. The result is a decorative tile that balances artistic restraint with quiet presence.
